All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Shipping times may be increased based on carrier load. Once the package has left our warehouse, delays are no longer in our control. Please contact the carrier for delivery notifications and details. In the unlikely event of major damage or delay, our team is here to provide additional assistance as needed.
We DO NOT currently ship packages overseas. Please check back in early 2022 for updates.
*NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT* RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without original clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. All returned items will be inspected and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable, so the customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to our warehouse. Our team diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. However, in the event that there is an error on our end, we will cover the costs associated. **Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you’ve misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you’re requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
